• First off, the outside is very inviting, absolutely beautiful, and a real improvement. Going by that, I went inside, yep, it's not just a smoke shop. But I instantly felt comfortable talking with the short one. He has a dry sense of humor that sounded cranky, but that made it easier to ask questions. Then walked out a tall guy, very talkative and full of personality. The two of them made a perfect balance, I spent more time talking to them both, swapping stories and getting honest answers. I ended up walking out with more than the bowl I went in for. No regrets and I will be back. Short one, take it as a threat if you like. Lol.
• I came in on 5/11/2025 between 4 and 5 and the guy was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. Said the building was closed to me. So I went to my car and was in it for like 3 minutes and he comes out threatening to call the cops on me for setting there loitering. I called and asked if they were open and he said "yes open until 1am" I asked why I was told it was closed and the answer I got was very rude and unprofessional and kind of offensive! "Your kind of people aren't welcome here. I don't want your business. I have the right to refuse service to your kind. If you come back I will call the cops." This is literally the second time I've ever been here and the first time was 2 years ago. So I don't know what the issue is but that kind of behavior is unprofessional and can cause a lawsuit from " my kind of people". I'm assuming he thought I was gay/trans, I am gay. That's most of this places business is gay men. So maybe he doesn't want gay peoples business? I know if I heard about an establishment hating against the lgbtq+ community I wouldn't want to do busy with that establishment. So far warning, no one deserves to be talked to the way the guy there today talked to me. Editing the review: if I could give negative stars I would. He's accusing me of already being in the arcade, which I wasn't, and harassing other male customers. Last time I was here was well over 2 years ago and I was accompanied with an acquaintance last time and went to a private booth. So I don't know how I was harassing other male customers. He's accusing me of being in a wig, which I am not nor have ever been in a wig. My hair is NATURALLY shoulder length burnett color with some natural highlights, reddish mostly. And my hair was up in a bun. So I don't understand how that qualifies me to having a wig on. He's accusing me of having a dress on, which I did not have on. I was wearing a baggy gray v neck T-shirt, baggy because I've recently lost about 20ish lbs, I was also wearing a pair of dark gray basketball shorts and a pair of metallic silver Crocs. How this comes to me wearing a dress I have no idea, so there's that, insinuating I'm trans or a cross dresser. Further more I'm being accused of loitering in the parking lot when I was at most out there 5 minutes in my car talking to a friend. And when he came out there was a knife holster empty in the back band of his pants and the knife was behind the company phone he was carrying outside. So it's a very dangerous situation and very unstable. So how does all of that warrant the comment of me dressing in a dress and wig and creeping out customers? It also goes to show IF I WAS trans, he's still discriminating against trans people. I get it I look very feminine and it's do to some hormone issues I had during puberty, I produced no testosterone and to much estrogen. I am biologically male, so yeah. I have heightened feminine features compared to a male who didn't have a hormonal imbalance during puberty. Still doesn't warrant how I was treated. I've contacted a few agencies that are very eager to help me in how I was directly discriminated against. Cause this whole encounter was uncalled, unprofessional and offensive.
• Have been here 3 times. First time, was told to leave because I didn't have an I.D.. That's fine. Second time, guy looked annoyed because of how long I was taking but I still ended up buying something. Third time, asked questions and got rude answers and then was told to leave.
• Amazing place to shop! I knew everything worked before leaving and great priced! Super friendly and very helpful!
