- Store was very clean, well lit and organized. Very good selection of products running the full spectrum of toys, lingerie, lubes/oils, bdsm. Only drawback for me was it felt like the gentleman working seemed to hover on us, even though we said we in just to browse, maybe it was because we were the only customers in at the time, but I did not appreciate his coming up to us every time we stopped to look at something, if I had a question, I would have asked.

- 6/29/25- The service at your Madison store is AWESOME!!!!! A young man named Pat was very knowledgeable about everything I asked, which was so helpful. I never know what to buy. He made my nervousness feel very relax. And I have to say, what he recommended worked very well. *wink
- Was really disappointed after not having been in here for about a year. Stopped in on a Saturday, wasn't greeted coming in or offered help, but I got stared at the whole time which made me extremely uncomfortable. I finally asked for help finding something, only to get told if I didn't see if, they probably didn't have it. I found what I was looking for right near the register. The store seems really cluttered now, hard to focus on the displays and a lot of them aren't priced so you can see how much an item costs without taking an entire display apart. I just don't feel comfortable asking for help here. The toy I bought wasn't tested either so I had to wait to get home and charge it just to check it wasn't defective on the rare occasion that happens. Unfortunately shopping online for these goods is probably what I'll need to do going forward.
