• The presentation and selection is far and above any local competition that I have visited. The staff was great, reminding me of the care given by the new defunct Lovers in Orchards. I look forward to taking my wife so that she can check it out as well.
• I learned about this place from their advertisement in The Columbian newspaper and I'm happy that they've opened up here in Vancouver and that I decided to give them a try. Such excellent vibes inside the store, which is spacious and clean and full of "adult friendly" entertainment. Of course toys and lingerie like this would be more on the expensive side, but still reasonable there's a lot to choose from and it seems to be quality stuff. They have some good books and treats too, as well as some great-smelling massage oils. I was just here yesterday and I already want to come back. Customer service was super friendly and comfortable. I also highly recommend their 18+ section, a lot of surprisingly affordable options for people who like exploring their… naughtier sides.
• Horrible experience I asked for a receipt just in case it wasn’t gonna fit the person at the register told me yeah I keep the receipt never told me once that there’s no exchanges or no returns so the skirt didn’t fit me but the top and the tie did, I brought it in And the person behind the counter was stern and rude and said oh there’s no exchange. It’s on the receipt and it’s on front of the counter like I was supposed to expect to read everything like that especially when the person who checked me out told me to go ahead and keep the receipt. Because the person who checked me out, failed to let me know, The new person who I was trying to return The product to was completely utterly unprofessional, very condescending and very extremely rude to me for no reason at all like I should’ve known this. So they said that you could do exchange and I was like OK I didn’t give me credit and they’re like no you’re not gonna get any credit you’re just gonna exchange for the same item. I was so upset I said, go ahead and throw it away. This is not good business practice. I was not told there was no exchange whatsoever. And that person should’ve been more professional with me. I’m not sure if I’m gonna come back anymore and support this and I’m definitely gonna share it with a lot of my entertainer friends
• Absolutely atrocious store management. I will be complaining to corporate as It is unacceptable to treat other humans as you have done and they will be made aware. If I could give zero stars I would.
• Purchased an item. Was NOT informed of the return policy and got home and realized the item was missing one key thing wanted. Was directed to the warranty on the products website. Hustlers phrase about their products having an awe some warranty is BS and clearly they don’t know their products or their warranty’s and there’s no way of knowing what they are until you spend a chunk of change on a product at their store. Extremely disappointed with this whole experience and now I’m stuck with a product I won’t use that cost almost $100. This feels like utter bullshit from a company.
