- This store just racially profiled me and I need someone to give me the corporate number to file a personal complaint. The store manager Trista shows no empathy when dealing with customers is rude has a sassy attitude and does not know how to properly conduct herself in a professional situation. She is argumentative snooty and gave me incorrect information when I requested to get information to file a formal complaint about her store and their employees. I have been going into this hustler for quite sometime as I am a native of the area and this particular day I was asked for my ID in order to go to the section where the toys are. Now I totally understand a sign saying ID required however this is the VERY FIRST TIME I have EVER been asked for my ID. Me noticing I am the only black person in the whole store as well as the only customer here I realized I think I’m being racially profiled so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager acted like she was a crew member verses someone that has the word manager in her title. She does not know how to make a customer feel welcomed in her store she is racist she gave me so much attitude instead of listening to the issue at hand and overall made my whole experience very uncomfortable. She also sent a worker to watch me shop… which further let me know that she is racially profiling me. I have never been treated with so much blatant disrespect in my life and I need to have the correct information to tell my experience to someone who is going to care about the treatment here.
- Initially I was annoyed with the woman working at the front desk because she said I had to leave my drink at the counter. 🙄 I browsed the store which had a huge variety of fun items for the bedroom. I went to the woman at the front desk telling her I have a hot date tonight and I want to make a good first impression, what sexual enhancement pill is the most popular amongst customers. She directed me to the Rhino 24K. The woman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant with her banter. I never got her name but her and her associate are excellent employees. The Rhino 24K worked supremely well and my date couldn't get enough of me. 😁

- Staff are usually good, but today I was given bad advice on buying something. The clerk hooked me up with something I didn't want or need. Took it all back only to find out they do not refund at all, regardless if it is still sealed in it's package. I will not shop at Hustler Hollywood again. I understand not wanting to take back some opened and used items, but for pete sake, sealed products!!! Careful with clerk recommendations.
