- Went in today and spent some time looking at earrings with my friend. One employee approached us and said something about not stealing, which we were not? She then stood right next to us and watched ever single thing we did for the next 15 minutes and even spoke loudly to a coworked about people like us being why they installed cameras there. We felt so incredibly uncomfortable because of her that we just left. Couldn't help but notice that security followed us too. Can't say I'll be returning to this location.

If you've never been to a Spencers before I think the northtown Spencers have the best staff. Excellent service! Love it!
