- I got here at 9:30 on the dot and the lady working said she’s closed despite me mentioning that the hours posted on website and google are 10 PM. She said she likes to close 30 minutes early to give time to clean. That’s fine but accurate times need to be reflected on google and the website. She wasn’t rude which is why I’m giving a 2. I ended up going to Adam and Eve, which I will likely go to from now on just to avoid any time confusion and early closures.
- When you go here, if you do, make sure to check the dates!!!!! I SERIOUSLY cannot believe that my fiancé was just sold $5 for candy that’s been expired for almost A WHOLE YEAR!!! Ridiculous and illegal
- The prices were way high but even worse than the price was the worker (lady with tattoos all over and excessive makeup) she acted as though I had killed her sibling or something. Cold right out the shoot and fir no reason, made it easy to *TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE*
- The customer service here is amazing.. I felt so comfortable to ask and share what I was looking for, the manager Shamra went above and beyond.
- Robbed me and my friend. Me and my friend went in after having drinks next door and were overcharged $50. The cost of the items we purchased did not add up to the total on the receipt, which I might add, did not have the individual items listed. We went in the next day to fix the discrepancy, and asked if we could ring up the same items to make sure that we didn’t accidentally get overcharged or anything, but the cashier worker refused saying that it was against “corporate policy”. Her manager came in and did not offer to help us at all which was super shady. They stole $50 from me and my friend. The quality of the stuff in their store is poor. Their employees and management are shady. Response to owner: i have the receipt and know that i signed it when I was tipsy. You can show me my thumbprint, my signature, the total that I paid, but you guys couldn’t show me how it added up to be $50 more than it should have been, and refused to give me an explanation. We did not verbally assault your employee either, we were upset that you wouldn’t even try to offer us an explanation. If you could explain why it was exactly $50, including taxes, more than what our items added up to, I wouldn’t have left a negative review.
