- First time and last time I buy anything here I bought an item that I can use. Well I put the batteries in and it didn't work my man checks to see if I put the batteries in correctly witch they were. Well the thing kept turning on and off and it started to smoke. So disappointed because I just spent 30 dollars for nothing… our money down the drain.. went back to see if they can help. And of course their policy is no returns.. for something I didn't get to use.
- I LOVE Jack n Jill's! I was so pleased with my experience recently. The staff that helped me, Cody, was so friendly and knowledgeable. I did not once feel rushed or that I was burdening him with all my questions despite there being other customers in the store. The entire place has been completely redone which made navigating the selection convenient. THANK YOU for making this Valentine's day the best yet!
- There were minimal options in the store. Really a terribly small selection for the amount of space they had. The person at the counter was almost hiding the entire time we were in the store which was awkward enough as is. And the floors were LOUD! and only added negatively to the uncomfortable environment. And when my girlfriend, who was in a wheelchair at the time, fell trying to exit the doorway the person in the shop still remained sitting on their butt on their phone. Didn't even get up to help hold the door or do anything. Never going back. Terrible service.

All items are a final sale / no returns which I understand but my frustration lies that both items we broken and didn’t work. Even had my boyfriend look at them to make sure I hadn’t done something wrong. When he started looking at them we got the batteries in and the item started smoking.
