- Nice little shop with a decent selection and fantastic customer service! The item I got last Saturday was defective. They were closed on Sunday so yesterday I went in with my receipt and explained what was happening. I left without the defective item but with a handful of other super fun things. But, as luck would have it, one of my new items was also defective. I decided to take it back up there to see if maybe it was user error on my part. If they could have figured it out, I'd still have the item. But it was truly defective so they gave me store credit again. They're expecting more shipment in August and I'll definitely be back when they do. Shades of Love is cute, clean, small, friendly, and has a great selection. The staff is top notch and I felt completely safe there.
