- My husband and I have visited this location a few times and Ive never felt more comfortable making that type of purchase. Every staff member that Ive talked to about the products was super welcoming and helpful and kind. Getting home and using what we bought, they DEFINITELY helped us get what we were looking for. I never want to shop anywhere else for toys or other supplies. Id give 10 stars if I could. 100% recommend you stop by if you need any intimate supplies
- Absolutely loved the experience here. Been to other places in the area and they weren’t helpful at all but saw this location was new and had just opened so I thought I’d give it a chance but didn’t really expect much in terms of customer service. However Jadelyn (I think shes the manager) was so helpful!!!!! As soon as she greeted us she approached us with a very friendly and helpful attitude and made my daughter and I feel so comfortable! She knew information about every product and was very knowledgeable! My daughter was hesitant to buy a certain toy because even though she was interested no one had ever given her any information about it at any other store we’d been to but right away Jadelyn made the experience very personal and attended to us throughout our entire purchase! My daughter and I left very satisfied with the incredible customer service experience and just absolutely LOVE Jadelyn!!!!! We can’t praise her enough for the quality of interaction she provided us with! This Adam and Eve location is my new go to from now on and I can’t wait to go back and get helped by Jadelyn again! Definitely made a life long customer out of me! If there was an option for 10 stars I would give it! I’ll be telling all my friends to shop here from now on!
