- I don’t normally leave reviews however this warrants it. First time visitor with my wife, and all we can notice is the employee hawking over us, watching every move we make. Not providing any help or assistance, but to make sure we don’t touch anything we’re not supposed to. Was really unfortunate with how unwelcoming the staff was. To the point my wife asked if we could leave, bought some incense and quickly left. will not be back to this location.
- Customer service was so bad that it prompted me to go out of my way and actually leave a review. Usually a fan of customer service here. The store is never busy so I’m not sure why they are so rude as if there was a lot going on when there isn’t. Entered the store asked for a product very friendly and they were so rude and treated me like I was bothering them by being there. I’m usually here twice or 3 times a week and this is the first time seeing them. Andrea the manager it looks like. Every word I said was so annoying to them like I was wasting their time. Almost felt like they were looking for something that I was saying to find some way to be rude or negative about it. Idk if it’s a manager thing, but I’m going to find a different place from here on out. Very unacceptable to treat customers like that. As a business owner myself I am shocked that the “manager” treats customers that way.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I too left the store as fast as I could because we couldn’t even look at the merchandise without the girl over our shoulder. I understand being cautious and having to do your job, but this was over the top. I was so excited to come in here and had plans to make a few large purchases and instead we grabbed a few incense and booked it out. I miss too am sitting here outside the store writing this because this can’t be let go. Believe all the 1 star reviews because they’re true. So sad because aside from the HORRIBLE attitude and customer service of the cashier they had really great inventory! **Also the store front daisy NOW HIRING..
