- So yeah I'm sure the owner is going to be to happy when he finds out that his employees are turning away paying customers because I ride a bike for transportation now how easy was it to shop there not at all it was extremely difficult to shop there from outside the store hand I have a picture of person that was working and the bad part is the fact that everywhere time I have been to that store the employees tell me to bring my bike in so it won't get stolen . I mean if you don't want to do your job just quit so someone else that does want to do it can and probably do it better because of this experience I don't recommend any go here to spend there money there are far better stores with way better customer service in Houston
- Why should I even bother, you give the exact reply to every bad review it's like you copy and paste it, that says alot about you and your business, as the owner you don't care your disconnected, if you really cared you wouldn't reply with the same message to everyone. It's unbelievable, you would be better off just to not reply at all.

- I wish I could give them less than 1 star rating. -1 do not recommend. The employee buzzed me in but never greeted me. She wore a headscarf with a bonnet. Extremely unprofessional. I live to patronize Black Owned spots but employees need to have customer service training. The items are extremely over priced. I researched the prices of some items and the marked up but 25%.
- I went here on 09/08 in the afternoon around 4pm and had a very weird experience here. The young lady working the store literally did not speak nor did she ever ask if I needed help locating anything. As I walked towards the door to exit she simply got up to let me out using the buzzer. It was so awkward and unprofessional that I didn’t bother to buy anything. Please do better!!
