- OVERPRICED- Honey packs are $17, The cheapest lubricant is $14.99 and I’m someone that buys the best so what I use is ALOT. The prices are about 35% higher than everywhere else. DO NOT GO HERE unless it’s your last option. The lady at the front was very nice even when I communicated this. Good service, high prices.
- Deceptive pricing practices at this location — they have the same body suits all in a bin, and the same items with the same item numbers are labeled with 2 different prices — 15.99 & 39.99. Last time I was here, I noticed it so I just bought the 15.99 one. When scanned at the register, it was 15.99 and no issue during that first purchase. There are probably about a dozen items like this where some are marked with one price, then the same items is marked with the higher price. This time when I came in, we were told about the 50% off body suits promotion. So this time, I brought up the price discrepancies to the staff member on these items, asking if there was actually a difference in the items. They said no, it was a pricing error, but all they could do was honor the 15.99 with NO 50% off discount. Or the 39.99 with the 50% off (making the same item now $20). That didn’t make any sense to me, so when I expressed my confusion to the staff member, they kindly offered to contact management via text. Management replied with the same, they could only honor 15.99 without the discount or 39.99 with 50% off ON THE SAME ITEM. They should honor the 15.99 as marked plus the 50% off discount that was also offered upon walking in, then work to reliable to rest of their items. The key here is IF I WOULDN’T HAVE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRICE DISCREPANCY, THEY WOULD’VE GIVEN ME 50% OFF 15.99 BECAUSE THATS WHAT WOULD’VE SCANNED AT THE REGISTER. So I got screwed for being honest and pointing out their error to them. I left without making a purchase (although my friend did). Staff & mgmt were all very kind, just not abiding by fair pricing practices. Be warned and compare the sticker price of your item to other similar items — AND IF YOU FIND A CHEAPER ONE MARKED DON’T TELL THE STAFF BC IT’LL ONLY SCREW YOURSELF.
- The store is extremely hot, I felt like having a heat stroke just browsing around for a few minutes, this temperature is definitely not acceptable for customers or employees to be in.
