- Outstanding job management! Your ladies Adriana and Jamie are phenomenal. Came in yesterday after work to purchase some items from the smoke shop. Usually it's Jamie and Breanna but Adriana is just as awesome. Those ladies really are down to earth,friendly and knowledgeable in the products. From the moment you walk through the doors, every time those ladies are very outgoing, attentive, and the great conversations, make the whole experience worth the trip.
- My partner and I bought a product here that stopped working after the first use. We got new batteries, nothing happened. I went back to the store to return the product and was told to talk to the manager- who was not in the store, could not be called or contacted then. I would have to come back at the manager’s convenience. It really rubs me the wrong way when stores do not take accountability for what they sell. Especially high ticket items. Total inconvenience; waste of time and money. If only managers can handle returns, they need to be accountable and available to customers. Never coming back here, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either unless you want to be basically scammed.
- I went in here the other day and was really nervous because I mean come on it’s just not what I’m use to but I got the coolest advice from the CS Rep named Trice I believe I hope I got that right she was right on time with the ease on approach and patience to help with my needs for the visit thanks again for the help Trice as well as all the other smiles peace and love ✌🏿🤟🏿
- So my wife and I walk in and are browsing and we get asked first by the front desk did we need help. We responded with no just looking around. Then by security in which we responded again that we didn't need help we were just browsing. So the clerk and the security then proceeded to hover over us as we walked through the isles. Made the whole experience uncomfortable as hell. I would not recommend this location to anyone whatsoever.
