Danny was patient with me as I asked questions, and helped me try on the vests and similar as much as I needed until I found what I loved. The leather quality is great and at a fair price. - In-Store experience is awesome. Staff were a great help ensuring I had what I needed. Bought more than I came in for. Be sure to visit them if you are in town! Online however, leaves much to be desired. Emails often take over a week to respond, if they do at all. Returned something almost 2 months ago with no refund issued, emails have gone un-responded to both direct and through Shopify. Even tried to visit the store when I was visiting Austin to try and get traction, to no luck. I appreciate the staff in the store who were trying to get someone to help me out with the issue even though the online is separate. I was even offering to pay for custom, but I suspect there was no interest. It left me no choice but to file a dispute with my bank. Please find a way to better serve your online customers if you intend to sell online. We want to support you beyond TX too! 🙁
