• Excellent location for this retail chain. Plenty of merchandise to ratchet one's game up to the next level. Everything is very well managed and run, as evidenced by the products, facility and environment, and staff. There is plenty of parking at this store, and it is well located on South Congress. The facility is AFA compliant, with plenty of light and space to allow anyone wanting or needing extra space to maneuver through the dazzling displays. Products come from top-notch manufacturers and vendors, regardless of product category. Merchandise is so well organized and stocked. Great buyers, if high quality is important. I love the thoughtful regard to local designers and manufacturers, such as VixSkin (love this company!). Additionally, this location offers sex education classes onsite for free! The gracious and knowledgeable staff make it SO easy to get help and ask questions. They are genuinely friendly, approachable, discrete, gentle in manner, and exceedingly kind. James was thorough in his explanations and insightful to what I wanted and needed, helping me better understand products, their best care, and comparable products to give me choices in what I was seeking. I was very impressed with the thoughtful design of the interior space, the merchandising, and the cleanliness of the facility. Gentle suggestion? Grab your special loved one or playmate and shop together! Solo shopping and gift shopping will not disappoint! • Store is bright and clean. The manager Travis was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the products! Lots of unique and beautiful lingerie and the toy room has the coolest stuff.
• I happened upon this store and was pleasantly surprised. This store is just what I'd been looking for in Austin. They sell Plus Sizes! I went in there for one thing and came out with plenty more than I went for. They have men lingerie as well. I will definitely be going back frequently. They have beautiful lingerie and an array of toys. I was in heaven and overly excited that they have dressing rooms. The staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly.
• I frequent this location and usually every employee is helpful/competent. Today, a new individual(Maximilian? They weren’t wearing their name tag but the receipt listed it)rang me up and didn’t know how to look up my points. They were also noticeably less warm/welcoming than the rest of the employees who I have interacted with. I knew I had points, but the employee pretty much refused to because they were unaware of how to/unwilling to ask someone that DID know how to redeem my points (they quite literally YAWNED after saying they didn’t know how to redeem points). I have worked numerous customer service jobs and this is not how you treat customers. I looked up my points when I got home, and lo and behold, I had the points I suspected I did, costing me more money than I planned on spending because of this employee being lazy/incompetent. Not cool, bad look, especially for a place that relies on regular clientele to stay afloat.
