  • I don’t know who yall have working In there tonight but he is super rude. Definitely doesn’t need to be working in a place of business with customers. Who actually says to customers well can’t you read the signs and literally saying if you don’t like it, you can leave and telling someone to go shop somewhere else. I know at my job, we would fired for such disrespect to a customer. I will never shop here again. And will advise everyone else to do the same.
  • I had the worst experience with Klan Karenhood behind the counter on 3/16 around 6 PM. I walked in as have done for over eight years at this location, spoke to the lady, and proceeded to shop. She looks at the camera and then looks at me and says, “Can you tuck your cardigan in or take it off and leave it up here at the counter.” I ask her, why? She proceeds to tell me that it is “policy”. I NEVER had such a degrading experience in my life. I never knew there was such a policy. I have been shopping at this one location for over eight years with no problems until now. If this is how business is done now at this location then I’m glad I found out yesterday. I’ll happily take my money to Hustler or Lion’s Den. This is disgusting and deplorable.

Ask for his name cause he's getting rude "You don't need to know its none of your business" then after asking him a few more times telling him I want to talk to store manage her says "old man your getting annoying". $121 WASTED because it didn't charge when I got home, threw it away in parking lot of Chedders someone will have fun with it but sure as hell not me. Horrible customer service very rude.
