• I've been to Miranda's here in Chattanooga several times to pick stuff up for my wife and i. And I can say for a fact that each time I've been there, the staff have been super helpful, informative, educated, welcoming, and pleasant. I like how they are actually honest about the products and aren't trying to simply just make a sale. They want to make sure you go home with something that actually works, lasts a long time, has good customer reviews, and satisfies. When we are talking about the staff and their manager? No one can beat Miranda's. The store itself is very clean, organized, and everything is pretty damn easy to find! And the selection is absolutely insane. They have an unbelievable inventory that blows every other adult store I've been to out of the water when it comes to the sheer amount of product they have. There is something for everyone, I'm telling you right now. You'll probably see stuff you didn't know was a real thing. Long story short y'all, If you're looking for a welcoming, clean, organized adult store that doesn't discriminate or hate, has a great staff that actually cares about what goes on you and in you, and an equally more than capable manager, Miranda's is the place to be!

• Visiting from out of town, decided to stop at Miranda's. I don't even know where to start. For one, the selection is incredibly extensive. Has something for absolutely EVERYONE. Between DVDs, toys and magazines, you will leave with something. The prices are pretty standard, maybe even on the lower end (but absolutely not lower in quality. The products are VERY nice). If you spend a little time digging, you'll find great deals also. The store is clean and organized. Nothing shoved into corners. Everything is easy to find. However, above all else, the thing that REALLY made this place to me was the employee who was working; Lauren. They have such an extensive knowledge of the inventory, and they are enthusiastic, friendly, and thorough when asked about reccomendations, the specs of a product, etc. Lauren is an excellent example of customer service and enthusiasm for a job. When I asked for them to point me in the right direction to what I was looking for, they went above and beyond, and pointed me to SEVERAL places in the store that fell into what I was looking for. Over all, great inventory, presentation, prices and customer service. You and that special someone MUST come through Miranda's while you're in town. The best store in this lane that I've ever been to.
• Pretty stupid that my wife can't use a credit card with us both having the same last name.
• Fiancé and I bought a dvd. We didn’t actually check the box until a few days later at which point I had tossed the receipt. Fast forward a few weeks, I brought the empty dvd box back to a different clerk this time – and immediately said: “Hey I don’t expect a return or exchange since I don’t have a receipt, but you should know this box came empty when I purchased it.” The clerk then grabs the dvd from behind the counter with the matching serial number, and says I can I have it if I have the receipt. I repeated that I don’t and that I wasn’t expecting anything out of my return – however the clerk went on to imply that this is precisely how they catch thieves and continued to monitor me the entire time I was there. I have been here many times and I don’t believe I will be returning. In my impression someone had stolen the dvd out of the box while it was in the store – so I thought I was doing a good deed by informing them. Turns out they just stole my money by having had the dvd here all along and not giving it to me in the first place, and then they proceeded to make me feel uncomfortable while I was there. The clerk was overall unpleasant toward me after our initial interaction.
