- My husband & I are frequent shoppers here. From our first visit a year or so back Liz & Randall made us feel like family. They never pushed sales on us. They never made us feel embarrassed for not knowing about how a product worked or what it was. I was even encouraged to try the plus size lingerie because I rarely can find my size. I found 2 things on the first visit that I absolutely love & they fit wonderfully! We have returned many, many times to visit them for our needs & will continue to do so. If it weren't for them, we would've definitely missed out!!!
- While I do adore the workers there, the manager Liz has left a sour taste in my mouth. On multiple occasions she has recommended things that go against the interests of the customers. That coupled with how horrendously she treats her staff, it makes you wonder how someone so devoid of empathy has managed to weasel her way into customer service, especially in a specialty field so personal, or if she even knows what she's talking about. If you can help it, don't come on her shifts and tip the workers who are forced to put up with such atrocious mistreatment
