- I called to inquire about an item’s availability but was immediately dismissed with “we have long line of customers and what we have on the floor is what we have”. Lol I wouldn’t know what you have on the floor since I’m not there physically and hence that’s why I called… Also, good luck receiving your pick up in store orders in a timely manner since they will take literally all day unless you call to check on it.
- Very poor costumer service. Was excited about getting new pajamas. When I went to the dressing room I was told she didn’t want me to try on the wrapped pajamas. She would get me other ones to try out the size. After waiting someone else knocked on the door and asked if she could help. I told her the other lady was getting pajamas, but she said she got busy with something else. I told her she had the ones I wanted to try. After waiting again, the Second Lady brought totally different pajamas, different model, different color, different fabric… I wanted to try the ones on that I was actually interested in buying. But it was policy now 🤷♀️. I can understand a prototype to try on, but at least open one of the products someone actually wants to try. This was ridiculous. There were so many girls and all too lazy to fold something back. And again, I understand a prototype, but not totally different items. I have never not been able to try on something in a clothing store ever, until today.
- PINK by Victoria's Secret is a great place to find clothing items as well as lingerie, and they also carry some fragrances. A little on the pricier side, but overall, I would recommend checking it out.
- This place is like my 2nd home
- Really bothered by the fact that they carry hundreds of underwear in lacy and adult prints but can’t carry a single pair of period underwear in store?! The underwear that people actually need the most, something women would really like to look at and feel in person to make sure it’s the right fit but no let’s just sell hundreds of pairs of colorful lacy fun undies to teens like their underwear should be seen by anyone but themselves. I will not be returning until they value women’s needs before looks.
