- The selection was disappointing. They only had one bra for me to try and when I got home I realized it wasn’t a great fit for my size and shape. I am a 28DDD and purchased a 30D based on my fitting. It was better than what I had, so I bought two to give me something to work in, but I wish I had held off because they have a no return policy and I ended up finding a much better selection elsewhere. With that said, the staff was kind, offering to order me different styles/sizes as they didn’t seem to really have anything in the store for me, the brands they do carry are high quality, and perhaps if you are in a different size range they will have more options for you. I will probably not return after going to The Pencil Test in NE Portland as they had a huge selection of brands, sizes, a knowledgeable staff, AND a good return policy.

- I have been a customer of Just Like A Woman for many years, since getting lymphedema following a biopsy. I’ve been very satisfied, and I continue to rely on them, even though I’ve moved abroad. When managing lymphedema, it is very important to have a skilled compression garment fitter. And one of the most important things in managing the stress of a cancer or lymphedema diagnosis is having compassionate and responsive people to work with. Sasha and the rest of the JLAW team have always provided that. After moving away from Portland, I explored some options in other cities where I visit family (and can get remeasured if needed). But JLAW is top notch, so I stayed with them. And Portlanders are very lucky to have this resource in the heart of the city. In the Bay Area or suburban Chicago, I would have to drive one hour to find a custom Jobst dealer.

Sasha welcomed me right in and immediately took me back to help me find a bra for the day and for sleeping at night. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and I felt confident in her recommendations. So glad to have bras that are the correct size for me as I recover from my surgery. I wish I had come in before my surgery for an in-person fitting like this. I highly recommend that for anyone else going through reconstruction.
