- DOUBLE CHECK ANY DEBIT PURCHASES THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE!!!!!! UPDATE: i came in to have the charge corrected since it was impossible to have it done over the phone. After a very lengthy back and forth with my bank, they find the corrected, the charge. At that time, I noticed numerous charges over the years that were double charged, the same exact amount debited out of my account two days apart. In hindsight, I think it's possible. I was watching the cashier, writing down the information I was dictating to him from the bank over the phone. I got them to correct the latest charge. But then the next day, I found an extra twelve dollars being debited from my account for no reason. Contacted them and spoke to someone who said they were the general manager who hung up on me over and over again. Got double charged by the staff on my card and then told I have to physically come in with proof to get MY MONEY back. I explained to the person who claimed to be the manager that I could email what's needed but I was not on that side of town and it would not be convenient for me to come back to fix their mistake, at which point I was told, I cannot have my money back unless, i do as i'm told. Maybe a place that sells adult toys should be more responsible and definitely not treat their customers like children.
- Last time I walked in here, looking for something very specific and high quality, the lady behind the counter showed me an obviously mass produced item from Spartacus and tried to tell me that this was the best quality made in town and sold at a great and reasonable cost, which is a blatant lie, the price is marked up far beyond its quality level, which is actually very low. It was uncomfortable, so I left.
- This place sucks. The dude behind the counter was doing web cam stuff. Literally heard his John say "are you good?" and the dude behind the counter said "it's fine he's shopping"
- New in town thought I would check out the place walked in didn't see anybody behind the counter so I scanned the retail area still didn't see anybody and then from behind whatever TV counter objec thatt was io I blocking the view I hear "what do you want.!" . I then reply what do you mean and I hear back still without seeing a face "what do you want you're looking around" .. I said yes I'm looking for somebody to greet me and make eye contact so they know I'm in the store… is that such a bad thing? and then the response was well after the night I've had.. your bad night is not my problem I'm a new customer who wants to spend money in the store who you should treat accordingly be polite and courteous .. I'm not even requiring a freaking smile.what I want I want to spend my money somewhere else now
- Like finding a hole in the wall but well worth it. The attendees were very shy but after tension was released I went away smiling and satisfied.
