- As A long-standing customer of this store I need to enter a bad review. I like entering good reviews, but felt it necessary to put this one in. I made a purchase of a used classic DVD. Unfortunately, this was not the right one. I Wanted number two of this edition. After finding out my mistake within the seven day grace. I called to see if I could return it for just store credit and was told that I could not return it unless the DVD was defective. I am an honest person and did not feel the need to lie about the DVD being defective. After being told that I cannot return it for store credit, I told the clerk that I was a long-standing customer and felt that if I could not return this item, I would no longer be a customer. They apologized, but said they could not change the policy. I won’t be returning to the store for any other needs in the future.😑
- I REALLY love the layout of the arcade. It’s a rather good use of the square footage back there, offering customers multiple options , especially in the centrally located booths you can see through 3 booths at the correct angle. The staff has been consistently friendly or at least cordial, which sadly cannot be said about some of their competitors. I would really love to thank whoever turned my prescription eyeglasses into the lost and found. I owe you one and I hope to express my gratitude one day. 😈 The videos aren’t too bad and fairly diverse content-wise… the fact that there are comfortable accommodations for both alone and accompanied film enjoyment is really nice! Their theater could use some improvements as the seating is uncomfortable and outnumbers the patrons 10:1 it seems, at least when I have been there. Some day I would love to be around when they are super busy, as this is truly very much like the arcades I remember visiting in the Portland area 25 or so years ago.. Impressive prices on some of their merchandise, which is abundant but not overly crammed everywhere to the point where you can’t see anything at all like some places. A hint to competitors… if one isn’t selling, having 10 out on the floor won’t sell more. 😉

- Kris who works here is always awesome and helpful. I can ask as many questions as I need to and I never feel like Kris is bothered by this. Kris makes toy shopping so fun and takes the awkwardness of toy shopping away. I couldn't ask for a better sales person when toy shopping. So to the owners thank you for having such a great employee as Kris to help your customers. You should totally give Kris a raise. This is my favorite place to go for new toys because of the great service I always receive from Kris!
