- This is a super cool place to stop by and check out. it reminds me of Hastings combined with all the little novelty shops and specialty shops inside the mall without Mall prices and the customer service is awesome. Their covid safety practices are above par here as well.
- Fair prices, huge selection.. it like 4 stores in one. Magic supplies, costumes, wigs, smoke stuff, sexy things, stickers, hair dye.. all kinds of fun stuff. You need a gift idea?? check it out. What a lovely experience. Ceci amazed me. She really knows what's going, was super charming and helpful, just an absolute delight. Gave excellent service to me and the several others there.. they were busy but in no way made any of us feel likes a burden. Much fun, will return.
- I go a few times a month for vape supplies and whatever else looks good. It's just a fun place to shop. Love the place and the people. They have always treated me right. Customer service is great. They always let me take my time to make sure what i'm buying is right for me. The only time i ever saw an unhappy customer it was because they thought the "no returns" policy (clearly posted on the door and by the registers) should not apply to them because mommy said they were a special little snowflake. I personally have never had any reason to return anything because… THEY ROCK!! 😉
- Borderline harassing my friend and I last Friday. We were simply just standing at the Incense and my friend was picking out 20. I grabbed 2 wax sensy things and they wouldn’t stop coming up to us. Not the only store I’ve been to, I can differentiate when it’s excessive or not and it was definitely excessive and made both of us feel uncomfortable. They definitely thought we were stealing even though you can clearly see her making a bag of incense. They didn’t seem worried about what any other customers were doing at all. Definitely not a good experience at all. Seems like it’s a thing for the staff to not have respect for customers.
- Their kratom prices are outrageous. I was quoted $400 for a kilo. It was a waste of a phone call and trip. I drove down the road away is it got a kilo for $96. I don't know what happened I went there a few years ago and their prices were reasonable but definitely a rip off with kratom now. Unless that employee didn't know what they were talking about I don't know.
