- If I could rate this place a -10000000 I would!! Horrible customer service from some white old lady!! I walked in and showed my ID and proceeded to ask “where are your games?” and she said “this isn’t a game store it’s an adult store” in a rude manner, I then clarified which I don’t think I needed to since obviously I know I’m in an adult store “the adult games” and she showed me where they were. She then proceeded to make fun of the situation with her co worker. Telling her I walked in asking for games and saying I was looking for Nintendo games. I felt very uncomfortable and watched the whole time I was in there.
- This place SMELLS OF CIGARETTES AND TRASH. The store has MINIMAL SELECTION OF GOODS and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE! The EXTREMELY RUDE lady working here felt the need to speak to my wife and I as if we were her basement dwelling children while requesting our I.D.’s! She proceeded to mock our young appearances to other guests within the store while we were searching our pockets for our ID’s and become even more aggressive that we weren’t providing our ID’s with the swiftness of a Peregrine falcon. She kept repeating herself over and over as if she was assuring herself that her tone and body language were justifiable. Admittedly, we were becoming flustered and questioning what we had done to be treated with such disrespect. While providing my ID, the customer behind her could see her aggression and how poorly we were being treated. He step up to say, (While he was holding a product in his hands) “well that’s not right! You didn’t request my ID?” In which she replied, “I can clearly tell that you are of age though!” Just an FYI, I’m 32 and my wife is 25. We both have multiple, visible tattoos and piercings. So with a bit of Foresight, most people would assume that we are more than likely of age. However, from our perspectives She was determined to prove that she was the authoritarian in this atmosphere and could do, say or even treat people however she felt within her domain. After my wife and I presented her with our ID’s to rest her “concerned” heart, we made the decision to leave immediately and spend our money elsewhere. We did not deserve such hostility for simply entering the store. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! (ADAM AND EVE IN NORMAN in my opinion is probably the BEST LOCATION IN THE METRO for this category of good's. Extremely Helpful, informative staff with a large variety of goods!)
- Came around 11 pm last night. This was my first time in a shop like this that didn't make me feel claustrophobic with tight displays, or cram everything in a closed space. The store is open and it feels like you can breathe in here. And, let's face it, sometimes these things get weird. There was no weirdness at all. The two gentlemen working last night were phenomenal. They were super professional and when I described what I needed helped me find an even better solution. Super knowledgeable. Another thing, you will always pay more when you go to a "Brick and Mortar" store. They need to make a profit too, but the prices here when compared to the manufacturer are really really good.
- Only received one of the 2 items I ordered. It also takes time (10days) for the order to be delivered, when it said next day delivery and cost over $10 for shipping. And 4 days later i still Haven't heard from them about my missing item. Update: I was refunded for the item missing and an explanation for the reason that I didn't receive it. Also the representative that was handling the situation was very kind and quick to get the money back to me.
