- I went into lovers lane to do some valentines day shopping for my pregnant wife, I explained to one of the wonderful ladies what I was looking for and all 3 employees immedietly came to my aid to find somthing that would look good and be comfortable with her big ol' baby belly in the way. 100/10 incredible experience, will absolutely be returning for more before the approaching holiday.

I was looking for a divorce party gift and wanted to make sure the items I bought were compatible with each other, I was told YES so I purchased them. While still in the car I thought I should attempt to fit them together because I wasnt sure I could trust that answer, they were NOT compatible. I should have known based on the awful service. Upon entering, there were 3 young girls behind the counter, none of which asked if I needed help. As I was roaming around the store, they starred and giggled, definitely not mature enough to be working in an adult store. I went back in the store and said I needed to return the items as they gave me incorrect information. The girl just smirked and said they don't do refunds or credits. I initially thought I was given incorrect information by mistake because these unprofessional girls just don't care that they are giving wrong information. After the interaction when I needed to return the items, I am convinced it was purposeful. They know you're stuck with the purchase so they think it's funny. Almost $100 spent on just 2 items which are useless. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I believe the one lady's name was Sabrina, she was able to get us a discount and help me sign up for the rewards, the other lady (I didn't get her name) helped reassure the products are pH balanced. I like this location better than the one in Canton, OH.. thanks again for the help!
