- Had a great experience there. Whether or not they’re out of style or I’m too old to wear them, I absolutely love seatbelt buckle belts. I didn’t see any at Hot Topic and the store clerk seemed overwhelmed so I went In search of Spencer’s. Once I arrived at Spencer’s I was absolutely blown away but how vibrant it was, how much variety was in the store, and how clean, tidy, and organized it was. Most importantly, I must say Sonia and Sherri are absolute rockstars. They greeted me and were beyond helpful to me in finding what I looked for. They had at least 10 or 12 belts to choose from. They let me know of specials they had. They were kind and made me feel welcomed in the store. They are certainly assets to your store. Promote, retain, and assign them to most challenging but very rewarding and fulfilling positions in your company.
