- I went into room 801 at 715 pm on sat November 2nd 2024 amd purchased 2 pair of thigh highs and 1 pair of garters upon getting home and opening the packages I found 1 of the garters to be broken unable to be repaired (the rubber piece that slides into the metal holder was not attached to the garter I went back to store to try and exchange with receipt and they refuse saying it's against their policy so I'm writing this review to give anyone a heads up they do sometimes have faulty products and have no desire to try and accommodate the customer. shop there at your own risk.
- Great experience! Walked in the door and was cheerfully greeted by Teagan (I’m pretty sure that was their name) asking if we needed help with anything specific or just looking. We replied we were wanting to look. They were visible for when we actually did have questions, but let us wander around without feeling any pressure. When we did ask for a demo toy Teagan was very helpful in letting me feel the difference between a couple of toys and explaining them. Once I had made my choice they explained the warranty and cleaning care. I admit I am mainly an online shopper, but I will definitely be back to this store. There really is something to be said for physically seeing a product before you purchase, and someone providing a great shopping experience.

- This shop was FAR FAR better than the sketchy, ran down, and just down right scary shops around Toledo. The other shop I went inside of around the area had no music, the worker didn't say a peep, the environment was super super awkward! Anywho, this place is legit. The store is clean, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they greet you when you walk in, will help you find items, and even put on gloves and check your items upon checkout to make sure they are functional, batteries work, and its exactly what you want before you purchase.
