- I'll start this with the lady who helped me was lovely. Super nice. Easy to talk to. Now the store policy is obscured. I wanted to buy some shoes. Though you aren't aloud to try them on due to "liability". I bought them any way thinking I can return them if they don't fit. $101 and some change. They're too big. So I called and asked about exchanging for a size smaller and there's nothing they can do. I would understand if it was a toy or lingerie… but shoes. Again the woman who helped me was so nice. It wasn't her fault it was the company policy.
