- Awful. Definitely under (AWFUL) new management. (GO TO WATERBEDS N STUFF!!!) Everything is moved around, clearance is now hidden in the back. Prices all practically double from last time I was here. Walked in after “Waterbeds N’ Stuff” gave me much better service and had what i needed. I still decided even though I got what I came for, I’d check out Cirilla’s cause it had been a minute. Came inside. Lady came out from the BACK yelling I must leave my bag at the counter. No greeting, no “how can i help you?”, or “Sorry new policy” as i have brought bags in here before. But nonetheless, I ignore the rudeness and leave my bag at the counter. She says nothing else after yelling at me, and watches me like a hawk while i walk around the store and checkout the prices (horrendous, literally doubled). Not worth it when you can get better service, 2 doors down!
- If I could give the lady working their a negative 5 stars I would! I went in and wasn't greeted, then when I asked for help with shoes she said figure it out yourself! I could not believe how rude she was.
