• First off, I want to say that the people that work there have always been great. My gripe is about the "warranty " they say there is on some of the toys. I just bought a massager there, and it's the third one I've had of this style so I know what it's supposed to feel like. I tried it a couple times and it doesn't reach full strength like it should. I went to the store and they said I have to get in touch with the manufacturer. Um, ok. So I reached out to Explorotica and I definitely got the feeling that they strongly discouraged returning anything and that their products are basically never faulty. So, if I send it to them and they disagree with me about the issue, they just get rid of it and will not send it back. So basically I'm stuck with it because I don't want to risk not getting it back. It wasn't cheap and ya it works but not full power. Sucks.
• I was passing by and saw this store, i stop by to look around and probably pick one or two stuff, i met with this great lady with right sense of approach, very great in customer service, humble and attentive, very helpful and Beautiful, she made me feel at home by listening to my problem that i hardly share with people, she offers me countless of solutions with all kinds of products they have in the store, if not you are married i would have loved to go out with you but i have to respect your marriage. I'm talking about (Cassey) kassandra. She's is a pro. in her job, very good sales rep. I will visit there again because of her professional display of service.
• T a r i q was the most knowledgeable helpful and wonderful salesperson or employee I have ever dealt with although I had many questions he was incredibly professional and did not make me feel embarrassed at all and explain how to use the different products and what was available I would recommend this experience to everyone the selection of the store is also very very nice some other stores are mainly a clothing store with a small sex section this store has every reputable products imaginable in a wide range of prices don't miss out on the wonderful opportunity l
• The store was cleaner than I thought it would be. It was my first time in a store like this. I don't feel embarrassed to go in there anymore and will be visiting again. This Explorotica Pink Pretty is amazing! Thank you to all who work there. I felt very safe.
