They have given me numerous product recommendations and advice on proper cleaning and maintenance of toys. They have also let me know about warranties with the manufacturers if there was ever a problem. Hope is by far the most helpful and positive lady in the store. Very funny and hands on with the toys. For anyone that may be uncomfortable with toys and sexuality, ask for Hope. She will immediately put you at ease. Another perk of buying from the store, versus online, is that you can feel the power of the toys and get truthful product reviews from people that actually use them. Very clean, and organized.
