I entered the store to return the completely unopened bottle–even has the original price tag on it still– and was greeted by " I need your ID and theres no returns" at the counter. Not a Hello, how do you do, nothing. SO RUDE! And the lube is still wrapped in plastic with the $40 sticker on it!
