  • The worst store in NYC. I went for the first time, and after shopping there, I was stopped at the door, had my backpack taken away (which, by the way, is transparent), and was accused of stealing it even though I had it in plain sight the entire time I was in the store. The staff gave a pathetic apology while acting like they were the victims. You're better off going to Harmony, just one block ahead 🙂
  • This store has a lot of merchandise I ended up leaving with what I needed, but the customer service was not a nice experience. The store is very dark. It’s hard to see. The Merchandise is vast, overpriced and sandwiched in so tight. I had employees Hawking me, babysitting my every move commenting every time I would touch a hanger. It was very frustrating. I was just trying to find my size. I don’t recommend this shop unless it’s an emergency, which in my case it was. even though I spent $100 in about 10 minutes, I found a cashier to be rude and if I never go back, it’ll be too soon.
  • Went to look for some Pleasers (overpriced). The men that “helped” me talked about me while I tried them on and then when I didn’t want buy the shoes they told me I wasted their time. Although they have a wide selection of garments, shoes, etc. they’re extremely disrespectful.
  • Rating: 0 stars I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years and spent a significant amount of money at this business. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing. On one occasion, a female security guard banned me simply for waiting outside the restroom while it was occupied — even though I had the key. It felt like she targeted me for no good reason. A few weeks later, an online article stated she was attacked & seriously injured by a patron. While I don’t wish harm on anyone, it’s a reminder that you should always treat people with respect — you never know someone’s mental state or what they have on them. Additionally, I would encourage the staff — particularly those from South Asian backgrounds (Pakistani, Indian, Sri Lankan) — to treat all customers with professionalism and courtesy, regardless of race or background. Success in business depends on respect and service, not just relocating to avoid tax liens due to low revenue. Sexy Boutique and the Blue are closed. Many years ago, a worker at the Blue was also attacked (he was rude to a customer and was punched the face). Beware of Rainbow’s Revenge: Bad workers/contractors stay at this location for 1-2 decades.
  • This place racially profiled me the whole time I was living for a certain item. Kept asking what am I looking for how long it will take and then asked me to leave.
