- Their "manager" Marissa/Melissa or something was the worst person I've ever met. Her attitude was awful, yelled at me on the phone and blamed me for her lack of communication and people skills. She said "its not my problem you left upset" when SHE was the reason I left upset. I called and complained and apparently she frequently gets complaits about her personality. I complained with corporate and heard nothing so here's my warning to avoid this shop. I spent almost $300 and will never be back 💖 I was given store credit for the drama but wouldn't spend money here if it was the last place in town.

First off I have visited this store for many years and have been a frequent customer there for about a full year now. I can say with confidence that the store here at the Dark side sells amazing products from Bondage Gear, to Clothing for men and Women. I even got an amazing Pup Mask from them that still holds up very well to this day and is the best money I've ever spent. Granted I will admit that that there products may be pricey it is worth the money as I've tested and tried out various items available and can promise for sure that most of there products are worth buying. Even the staff and management are amazing and are very helpful for advice. I would highly recommend trying this store out and going in person to see for yourself. I write this as a current review from 03/06/2024. Love the store and look forward to future business down the road.

- So I had my first experience here and received amazing, delightful, and excellent and extremely professional service and help. I believe Robert, was the gentleman who assisted me! I purchased the Chorus Couples vibrator…(purple in color) which was the best decisions made in my life! Because of The help and education received from the staffers, believe I made a sound investment and money was well spent. There are lots of items to choose from. You most definitely get what you paid for.
