- If could give these workers a calm luhh sigma 10 I would. They went above and beyond and honestly would come again. My little autistic friend ate a 9 million scoville gummy bear frm here and they watched him eat it. They offered to give him a trashcan and were trying to give him advice while me and my friends were laughing. 10/10 would come again 😏😏
- I place an order for pick up in the store since the item I wanted was in stock at the Galleria location. I placed the order fairly early in the day, about 11 AM. I wait and wait and wait alllll day for an email saying it was ready to pick up, which it never came. I call again the day after in the morning to check the status of my order. The representative on the phone says it was picked up, which I never picked it up. Weird. So I let her know I never picked it up and the representative contacted the store and she said that they can do a substitution for it. Cool! So I head on down to pick up my substitution… just for them to try and charge me $55 AGAIN to pay for the substitution. I tried explaining that I have already paid for the item which wasn't in stock according to one of the workers, and she just didn't care. She wanted me to pay yet another $55 for the damn substitution. Every explanation I say to hear lands on deaf ears. I walk out since I am not paying $55 AGAIN. After I walk out, they finally realized that "oh shoot wait, that item isn't in stock so let's cancel the order the day after he placed it". I contact customer support just for them to not be able to do anything since the worker already processed my refund. Now I am without my early Christmas gift and $55 f****** dollars. Merry Christmas. Don't place orders for pickup online for this store. Better yet, don't shop here. Ridiculous
- I love going to Spencers. I found a Nightmare Before Christmas lava lamp for my daughter for Christmas. They were crowded but the clerk was super friendly.
- Really cute stuff, workers don't seem thrilled at all, seems like some are even faking their attitude, which I understand if you're socially awkward. But one worker.. Oh she had an attitude, that made me feel so unhappy. Didn't get her name, blonde though, from what I remember. Really left an impression, that we'll never return to. Please visit somewhere else, different Spencer's or the hot topic there! Better attitudes at least :/
