- This store is filthy and unsafe. There was visible mold and stains throughout the building, making it a serious health risk. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. This place should be inspected and shut down immediately.
- If I could give it 0 stars I would. I just left the store actually. I came in to find an outfit for a special occasion. Picked about 4 or 5 to try on. Tried them on and had to exchange them out each time, which is fine. Put them back on the racks myself. None of the smalls fit that I chose, so I myself put them back for him. While I was looking at the stuff on the walls I noticed the shoes and fell in love with these unicorn boots so I tried them on. Was walking in them- you know feeling them out but also looking for a mirror and a text back from the man to get the okay on these boots because I was dead set on them. Then the guy working made a rude remark about how I need to take the shoes off and we were not allowed to try on the shoes ?! What? So I keep quiet and nicely package them back in the box. Nicer than how I found them. Then when I get done he tells my friend that we needed to wrap up and leave. Like excuse me? So I asked him why? What the problem was since I’m still waiting for my text but I also had 3 more outfits that I needed to try on. His reason was bc I hadn’t bought anything yet ….. like no shit!!!! Nothing had fit and I still had some I wanted to try. He was ungodfully rude as he told me to take it up with Heather. So Heather, your employer is rude as hell and you lost out today. The boots I was about to purchase were the unicorn ones for $150, was not leaving w out an outfit so let’s say $50 +, necklace that was $16.99, a wine pair of shoes that were also over $80. I will never ever drop a dime in this store thanks to your employer of the month.
- The lady was an old gal, she was exceptionally rude! She yelled at us for multiple things. My friend recieved a phone call while in the store and the chick behind the counter kicked us out because she answered the call. I dont know what of business has someone working who snaps at there customers. But I refer so many customers to that store. That was the first time I took my girlfriends in that store. Not anymore. Never again. Everything is too overpriced. Go to Spencer's. Better customer service. Also there isn't an old snappy b%$#* at Spencer's.
- I went in there today for a basic bullet. Traveling and forgot to pack for myself. Went in there and everything was dated, old and outrageously expensive. The woman didnt seem to care that I was even there. I asked about the prices being over priced and she got an attitude. Hell before that she seemed to have an attitude when I asked her a question on the wevibe that is only $199.99 that I got from We Vibe themselves… theirs is almost $500… or the cal exotics G-kiss that is at most 19.99, their price was 53.99!!! Their old and not body safe toys should be checked. I do not recommend this place. First time toy owners will be sold bad products that are grossly over priced.
