- We personally had a pleasant shopping experience here. The person at the register was friendly and informative when asked questions, but also knew when to leave us alone to shop in peace. I wish they had more stuff for trans people, such as more packers and binders, but the rest of the selection was good.
- Went in to look around and the lady with red short hair was not very friendly and made me feel kind’ve uncomfortable with asking her any questions. I’ve been in a lot of these types of stores and have never felt uncomfortable. When I did try to ask her anything she just seemed like she was annoyed I bothered her. Sucks because it was the first time I’ve ever been here.
- Went in with my husband on Tuesday November 7th 2023 around 3 pm. We walked in and a girl with blue/green shoulder length hair came out hot from the back room she appeared angry. She didn't even greet us. She demanded us to scan our IDs at the counter. When I explained I didn't have mine she told my husband to scan his. This led us to believe we were okay. He scanned his ID and then she stared at me and told me " You need to go sit out in the car." My husband was not happy with her rude attitude and told her " I'm not looking around without her." Then we left, we won't bother ever going back. Worst customer service we ever had.
- You can see from looking at me I'm well over 21! No! You cannot scan my ID for entry! What ever happened to annanemity? Your explanation is insufficient. It does not give cause to invade my privacy, hence the review. Poor business practices should always be questioned! I'll just go to hot topic or any of the other places that sell such things.
- Whenever we pass thru this area, we stop in. The last time we came, the computers were down and we couldn't make a purchase without cash. We only had cards, so we didn't get anything. This time we are waiting for them to open, which should've been 20 minutes ago. Needless to say we are very disappointed. We have 6 more hours of not as fun driving before we reach our destination. Very disappointed. Will we be back? Probably. Bc they have the best prices between here and Wyoming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also a decent selection of product. Just disappointed.
