- Purchased a lava lamp as a gift with cash. Tried to return it the next day unopened after realizing they overcharged me. The lame manager claimed spencers does not give cash back. what kind of pathetic policy is that? Nobody wants a gift card for your cheap garbage that you over price things on.
- Visited the mall today and popped in to Spencer's as usual. This store is really going downhill. I saw 3 employees behind the counter…. all sitting. Not one of them greeted me. The only thing I heard an employee say to anyone was that they didn't have keys to open the jewelry case so she shouldn't bother looking at it. How do you not have more then one set of keys??? The walls were bare, the store was covered in garbage, and product was all over the floor. This was the worst I have ever seen it. If any of the employees would have stopped watching videos on their phones and got a tank top down for me I would have made a purchase.

Just weird satanic imagery on lots of items and a strange collection of pseudo edgy shirts. Felt very uncomfortable and left. Would not recommend until they get something worth buying again.
