- Came with some friends here while we were visiting from out of town. While the store itself was really nice and definitely better than my local Spencer's location, checkout wasn't. Me and my friends all paid on the same transaction to that we could do the "Buy two/three, get one free" deal for the jewelry. I got a choker, one friend got some earrings, and my other friend got a choker as well. I paid my first friend for the choker so that they could just pay in full with cash for the transaction and my second friend's jewelry was what we planned on being the free one. As the cashier was checking us out, she told my paying friend that they should get some disinfectant for the earrings to clean them before they wore them. She didn't even ask if we wanted it or anything. Little did we know, the cashier had scanned the disinfectant and put it in our bag. When we got our total, it was $5 more than we expected so I just paid for the $5 with my card since we had already given her cash. As we were walking back to meet up with the rest of our group, I was going through the bag to see why our total was more than expected, just to find the disinfectant we never asked for in there. Train your employees to at least ASK if they're gonna sell customers on more items than they planned rather than just assume a customer is fine paying for the items no questions asked.
- Ordered a pot leaf vibratior hope it's worth it if so I'll add another star it looks really nice umm this seems awkward
- Selling false sized tunnels and plugs I've been at a inch for over 10 years and went to Missoula mt Spencer's and got some one inch plugs that are a true 7/8th don't trust them or there stupid low IQ employees
- Justn3ed a more generous team. There is a complete lack of leadership and it shows with customer service
- I placed an online order and went to pick it up. I recently moved and had the official DMV paper that they gave me with my ID on it until my hard copy of my ID arrives. The lady working the counter was super rude about it, and told me “for future reference, you need an actual ID to pick things up.” It was my actual ID, I got it last week and it’s what I have until I get the hard copy in the mail. It’s not expired and it’s obviously me on it. I would not recommend picking up orders from there anymore if you just moved and are waiting on a new ID.
