- I had a hard time finding the store, and the ladies actually went outside to wave me down. That was my first clue this was going to be an amazing experience! One of the ladies took extra special care of me and helped me find an amazing outfit that I am so happy with. I told all my friends and we are excited to return to this store!
- I've been going into this store since they opened and have spent atleast $1000 there. Then I went to return an item today (it had not been opened or used in any way) and they told me that I needed to contact the manufacturer to do a return. I didn't purchase it from the manufacturer, I bought it from Adam and Eve, that's the most outdated return policy I e ever encountered in any store anywhere. Nobody sends a customer to the manufacturer to do a return. The only reason to do such a thing is to make it so difficult for the customer to do a return that they don't go through with it. I'm guessing that they don't have enough money to do returns, and that leads me to assume that the toys they sell on their shelves don't actually belong to them but rather they are consigned to the store in hopes that they don't have to do a return. That's the last time I spend money in that store. Had they givene store credit I wouldve spent it all there in the store that day. That's the worst treatment I e received as a customer in a very long time. And I will be sharing my bad experience with as many people as possible
