- Every time I come to shop here I feel pressured to leave. Most employees won’t talk to you but will watch you like a hawk as soon as you step foot into the store. This has happened on more than one occasion months/years apart, and since it happened again today I’m writing a review. No reason I should be looked at like a thief when I’m browsing the store, holding the things I plan to purchase in plain sight while continuing to browse. The previous time this happened a worker came up to me, took the things I had and placed them at the counter, “can I hold these at the counter until you’re ready to purchase them?”, Of course it was fine but the vibe was that they thought I planned to steal after being asked every 5 minutes if I needed help looking for anything. My shopping was cut short the last time and today after only purchasing 2 items when I planned to buy more things and wanted to look at more things. This behavior will eventually make them lose business because it’s an uncomfortable shopping experience. Do better 🙁
- Went to Spencer's this past weekend and will not go back. I am not some kid who needs to be followed around by what calls itself a manager asking if I need help or if I'm OK every time I turned around. Went to look at something and was told i couldn't do that. Made it to be a very uncomfortable experience. I will take my money elsewhere where im not made to feel like im doing something wrong. The store is way to dark and it extremely dirty
- As someone that is visually impaired. The lights are very dim. I couldn't see anything in the store. I hope this is something that can be passed up to so.eone that can fix it. Or else I'd have to purchase things online.
- I know Master here and there but in our County they're not required. I just need to buy several black light would have been a hundred and some dollars profit the few days before Christmas. I walked in the store literally put my hands on straight onto the black lights and they refused for me to buy them because I don't have a mask on that they're shows me that that place there doesn't need to be anywhere at any kind of business. You don't treat your customers like that for one it's not a requirement to wear the mask I understand that the store wanted it. But I was there already in the store already have a handle on it straight in straight out I was going to be and he still won't let me buy them. That their I'm telling you it's horrible
