- I was very disappointed in the new management. After paying 10 dollars for the video arcade there was only a video playing in only 2 booths. When I ask the neardy guy in the black frame glass if he could restart some of the movies, he was very sarcastic and said when I get time I will. Of course he had plenty time to be texting. Many times in that first hour he and I were the only ones in the store but yet it was clear he did not care if there were movies playing or not. After an hour and he did not restart the movies, I got discusted and left. I can understand why I was the only person in the arcade now because most everyone else already knows how it is and I guess hardly no one goes in the video arcade anymore. A 10 dollar charge and 10 or 11 booths with only 1 or 2 booths showing movies is not good! I will not be going back til things change. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
- Love the staff and that they are so knowledgeable on all kinds of toys in-store. Went in the store twice and was helped very thoroughly each time. Me and my husband love closer to cape location by 30 minutes but prefer to drive the hour and five minutes to get new toys!!
- Went there today. The guy at the register was really rude to us. We were told that me and my hubby were not allowed to be in the same room together. That it was against their rules. Got smart with us when I asked y. And proceeded to say y do I water my breathe no one listens anyways. Will not be coming back here.
- Last time I was there they had increased the amount to enter the video booths to 12 dollars and they may have had 2 booths actually working and of course neither was playing the type I liked so I gave them 12 dollars just to walk in and right back out. They need to fix all of the booths and stop using them for storage rooms
- I don't know if thesame owners are there or not ..It's bin a year since I went ..it seemed to me somebody had a obsession with rules .they had them on every door in the Arcade Area. To much I couldn't see myself returning.
