- Called before hand before I drove up there .they said they have several different product for what I was looking for(I was very specific) .I drive there and they say sorry we don't have e anything like that in stock but we have these you may can use these for what you need (completely different product) but you may have to pay more .yeah like 5 times more . Very unpleasant experience.
- It was my first time in there today and it was great! I was immediately greeted and one of the employees was SO helpful! I didn’t get their name unfortunately, but I will definitely be back because they had such great service. The person that helped me even let me test out some vibrators to see the vibration settings before I purchased it (they gave me gloves to wear while touching the toys of course). Their store is much bigger than it looks, and I was able to find everything I needed. 🙂 Update: I’ve also been helped by AJ several times, and they’re so helpful! They give a lot of great recommendations based on what I say I like and what I’m looking for. Love their coupon books!
- DON’T BUY ANYTHING HERE! They don’t stand behind the products they sell! I purchased a Whartenberg wheel which fell apart in its FIRST USE! It is a defective design! The sales staff refused my return and even refused to offer me store credit!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS WELL!
- Every time I go in here, i normally don't get greeted, and to get actual help from anybody is like pulling teeth. But this time was the worst….the ladies literally stood there and just stared me down while not saying anything as I'm walking into the completely empty store , and then they kept standing at a product shelf that's slightly behind the sales counter, at which point I started second guessing myself thinking maybe they were a customer and I had accidentally mislabeled them…nope…It was very very awkward. And this happens every time I go, no matter who's working. The whole atmosphere here feels so judgmental, which is the last thing a store like this should be feeling like. I don't know what the deal is, but I haven't ever been treated like that anywhere else.
- Zero stars. Two ladies that worked 10/27 night shift had to have been the rudest employees I’ve encountered. Came to the store to grab a few things. Not once did they say hi. Or did I need any help or did everything go well. Not even a hey your total is “”. And here is your receipt”. Was not polite and when asked if they had a survey number on the receipt, they continued to make a snarky comment. Not a place to make people feel uncomfortable at. I’ve worked at Cirillas for 7 years and never once did any of my girls that worked for me treat anyone like that. Very concerning. Please speak with your employees about respect. I will not be coming back
