• I went to this place last night and bought two decently priced items and the worker EDEN HUYANA said she’d test my items and make sure hey work because I can’t come back and return to e items. She proceeded to test them and I paid for my items thinking they BOTH worked however after two hours of charging one of the items it DOESNT work. I had my bf go into the store and let them know it doesn’t work while the same worker (EDEN HUYANA) told him he had to do an online process.IRONICALLY the managers or owners were in the building the same time I came in that night. She told him the cheaper items do tend to not work or be faulty! This item was $23!! Yet she didn’t tell me that when I bought the item. Now I have to go thru a tedious process of getting on the website to file whatever claim..; DO NOT COME HERE!! Buy online atleast then you’ll be able to get your money back!!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM SUCH PLACE WHERE WORKERS LIE AND GET AWAY WITH IT. She even admitted to not testing the item even though she told me she would!?! LIES AND BULLSHIT COMING FROM THIS STORE 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
• I wish I could have left negative stars. The girl working tonight was down right rude. We arrive 25 minutes before close, knowing they closed at 11pm. She was vacuuming when we arrived,she didn't see us for 5 minutes then shut off the vacuum and said "we close in 15 minutes", the proceeds to vacuum at our heels. During check out had the worst attitude. She had shut down her sale system and said "do you want a receipt" we said yes because there is a huge sign that says you must have it if manufacturers warranty is offered with product. This meant she had to reset her system and made irritated noises. Aweful experience.
• If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. We had a similar experience to the review before us. The guy behind the counter is an utter waste of an "employee". My boyfriend and I wanted to support local business and planned on spending a few hundred dollars in this store. However, upon entry we were not even greeted with a hello. Instead the heavy set guy behind the counter said I needed to pull my mask above my nose, which I complied. Then as we were browsing it fell beneath my nose again (mask was too big for my face) and he said that if I couldn't wear the mask properly then we would be asked to leave the store. Once again I pulled it back up, then got agitated because he was more concerned about a mask being above my nose then to actually do some customer service and help us, like a good employee should. So I decided to not give the store any of our business and leave. As we left this joker had the audacity to tell us to never come back!! There were no other customers in the store, I do not know how this place stays in business! I hope the owner of this place reads these reviews and fires this guy. He is throwing away what would have been loyal customers, who have money to spend! We will now, unfortunately, take our business online or somewhere else where we are treated with respect. This joker does not need a customer service oriented job… he is causing the business to lose money and after these reviews less new customers in the future.
• I have been to this location multiple times. Usually a rude male employee is there working. He is extremely rude. I have witnessed him kick out customers for no real reason. So I was very pleased to see they had a new employee one night I came in a few weeks ago. She was very polite and helpful. The last two times I've been in, the rude male employee is there. Great store, but apparently it's hard for them to keep good employees around.
• I would give no star, if I could. I've been in here many times. Each time I have been treated poorly by the same employee. He's rude and absolutely inattentive, paying more attention o his laptop than his customers. About as useful as eyebrows on a fish. But this time, he yelled at me as I left because I do not wear masks. But the kicker is HE WASN'T WEARING A MASK OR SOCIAL DISTANCING EITHER. Poor customer relations.
