- Have tried multiple times now and each time there's no one in the store and everything was locked up even though their hours say they're open until 10:00 pm
- Very uncomfortable feeling going here. They should ID at the door instead of calling over the store’s phone to tell the salesperson to watch them because they look like a minor. Just wanted to grab a few items, pretty poor customer service this time but last time I came in the lady who helped me out was awesome I don't remember her name but she said she had just recently received a promotion.

Last night I bought something and it didn’t fit my rig, I went exchange and the guy was super rude. “No exchanges no refunds” so now I’ll have to gift to someone. Won’t ever be shopping here again. *After reading the reply*, apparently the guys already told you he’s quitting. It’s all he could talk about when I was in there, his new better job. I understand not exchanging intimate items obviously that’s gross, but it was less then 12 hours since the non intimated purchase was made, the price tag was on, it was clean showing no signs of use, I had my receipt, and it was a lousy $4 and change. He didn’t even tell me ahead of time. You really can’t exchange after YOUR employee never told me the policy and I wasn’t even asking for a refund? I just wanted something that I could use. I ran a store like this in California, we preferred happy customers that return. But hey, keep the $4 because when I told the girl in the mall that sold me the right size product yesterday, she even gave me a discount for the hassle! I’ll be returning there for all of my future needs. Hope the $4 is worth the “policy” you have in place.
- Great variety, and some staff is very helpful but the guy today was no help whatsoever he was more worried about playing on his cell phone and some prices are higher than Spencer's and its the same exact product but then some prices are equal. But they have pretty much everything and if they don't have it they'll probably get it for you. But other than those problems the place is great and we'll keep coming back.
