- Update: The corporate manager reached out to me, they apologized and assured me the situation had been taken care of. They were very sincere about the situation and thanked me for being honest and informing them on what happened. We have never had a problem with them in the past and we are going to give them another shot because we love their products and appreciate the corporate manager reaching out and fixing the problem. My husband and I were just in the one on south westnedge anc when we walked in there was no one at the register, so we found what we needed and when We came to the register there was still no one. We waited for 10 minutes and I also yelled hello to see if anyone would answer. Still nothing. So we put our stuff back and left. Very strange but very bad especially for a company who is just getting back open from the storm damage. I won’t be recommending this store to anyone anytime soon. Just order online because no one will help in person.
