- Customer service use to be better. I’ve seen others say workers are rude but I hadn’t been in there in a while, so I went in because I was looking to buy 4 items but with the woman that was working and the way she talked to me decided not to. It’s really a shame though that now I have to order online because I won’t be going back in there unless employees changed.
- The person at the counter felt the need to take my id and credit card to make sure it was mine which is very intrusive and disrespectful, and was being creepy and watching us the whole time we were in there. Very unprofessional employees. Just because I look a certain way doesn't mean I stole a credit card. Don't go here unless you want to be stared down and have creepy old men get as close to you as possible while you're trying to pick stuff out.

When I called to find out what could be done I was told nothing because of how much time had passed. I said I would include that information in my review. I then received another call saying that if I could show up by 4 they might help me. I work for a living so that does not work. Shop online, don't bother with this store. Other companies offer 30 day returns.

- So I've went to this store maybe a total of 4 times, the first few times I went there, there were younger women working that were very sweet and even cracked a couple jokes with me. This recent time was an absolutely awful experience and I will never be going back. Keep in mind while I tell you this, I am 20 with 3 kiddos. I went to walk in the door, ID in hand when a young worker opened the door and said "come on in!" I then put my ID back in my wallet and started browsing items. There was an older lady assisting a woman and her husband at the counter. She looks at me mid conversation and yells "I NEED TO SEE YOUR ID" At that point I was already over being there. If you wanted to see my ID that's fine but there could have been a better way to go about the situation instead of causing a scene. Granted I'm not someone who's shy about sex, or toys but still. That's embarrassing. Honestly I could pass as at least 25 look wise anyways. So I walk over and hand over my ID not saying anything, she side eyes me while giving a nasty face. She then gives my ID back and does a "shoo" motion with her hand. I walked out after that. Absolutely uncalled for and very unprofessional.
