- I personally love this store. I am what most would consider a "prude", yet the employees here always make it feel normal and like it's no big deal. Most will see how embarrassed I get and will either respectfully walk away, or offer to help me. I had a lovely experience today, and I wish I got the cashiers name. She helped my boyfriend and I like we were life long friends, and she did an excellent job at making us feel comfortable while up selling yet also respecting our boundaries. This truly has become my favorite store for these type of items. While the lingerie quality isn't top notch and most of the toys don't fit my personal style, I always find something, whether it's condoms or a toy or a cute underwear set. The main thing is the environment, they truly create a judgement-free zone that is needed in this world. I will be a customer for as long as this location is open, and truly may never go to another intimates shop.
- Just got a few things of lubricant and Leigha was amazing! Chatted with the 2 girls there at the time and they were very nice, one was Leigha the girl who helped me and the other was this girl with shorter hair and glasses! Both of them said they were leaving, so hopefully this finds them before they leave. But they were so nice and really fun to talk to! Leigha really knows her stuff! And if this doesn't find them I hope for the best where ever they are going!
- My experience as usual was good. But… the pair of nylons I bought has a hole at the seam in the toe! No returns or exchanges? Not fair if there is a flaw in the material. I guess you have to open packages to make sure there is no flaws. Beware! Follow up! Customer service was fair and exceptional.
- Really mediocre selection compared to Intimate Ideas, and everything is overpriced. We stopped in for an anal toy for my wife, stated we didn't need help, but the salesgirl is like "here's a small beginner toy" and it's over $100. If you come in for just one thing they harass you endlessly trying to get you to add stuff. The salesgirl kept insisting we get "toy cleaner and lube" and was insistent we buy more. My wife looked so uncomfortable and the salesgirls vibe freaked me out too so we left asap. The other employee didn't notice we existed. And no I don't need lube and cleaner cuz I already have plenty, but thanks for insisting over and over, rando teenage employee. not buying whatever little book or whatever either but she would not stop pushing it on us. Get more/better toys and less weird salesgirls with social skills and maybe we'll give it a try again someday
- Went in to pick out a cheaper bullet for my girlfriend and the lady tried to upsell me on everything. I walked out with nothing and would rather shop online. She made me so uncomfortable. Told me the small little bullet I was going to buy would die right away and I would have to be back in a week. I wanted something in the 15-25 dollar range and she kept showing me 60+ dollar toys..I used to shop here all the time and the girls were never this pushy, that's why I kept going back!
