- A friend of mine is a frequent shopper of this establishment and knows the OWNER very well. There is an older black woman who works there who has a very nasty attitude. My friend purchased a product that wasn’t up to his liking and was told that we could exchange it, then later said that the black manager said to wait until tomorrow. Very unprofessional, due to golfing trips and birthday celebrations. Business comes first when money is being spent. As a host to any business, a customer is expected to receive excellent customer service. The older nasty black lady that we’ve dealt with for the second time with the same nasty attitude, she is the perfect example to never employ such employee.
