I came in looking for a gift for my sisters bachelorette party, the employees were friendly and very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect gift. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and will be a repeat customer!!!
- Rachelle was amazing so fun to shop with her such that I bought more than I expected and I am very happy I did. I will literally only come to this location now because of Rachelle. You see, I was at another Cirellas recently and was treated rudely about my size by the person working at the time. Clearly they didn’t have the necessary training and or recruiting skills that would require one to be kind and helpful (managing several demands at once without leaving a single customer (mind you there were a small handful of others customers shopping at the time) like Rachelle in Ferndale-is. I recommend promoting Rachelle to train at the surrounding cirella’s locations in the SE Michigan region. I have various other ways to get my products but if Cirella’s continues this way, they won’t be left out.
